AV Tech/ Customer support

OfficePro is looking for independent contractors for a short-term Customer Support/AV Tech in Tampa, FL. The position is on site, customer support that enhances the onsite training of the staff on new Audio Visual Conference room and End User technology systems. After OfficePro instructors train the end users on the newly installed equipment, we place customer support resources on site to assist end users use the hardware and software during their normal work day.

Requirements – basic computer skills required. Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service skills. Experience with Videoconferencing such as Skype for Business or Cisco Webex strongly recommended. Experience with tutoring or training a plus.

Hours – 7:30am – 4:30pm (w/ 1 hour lunch)

Days – Monday – Friday

Uniform – Shirts provided

Pay – monthly rate, commensurate with skill set
