AV Tech/ Help Desk – Boston

OfficePro is looking for independent contractors for a Customer Support/AV Tech in Boston, MA. The position is on site, customer support that enhances the onsite training of the staff on new Audio Visual Conference room and End User communication software apps. After the end users are trained on the newly installed equipment and software, we place customer support resources on site to assist end users during their normal work day.

Requirements – basic computer skills required. Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service skills. Experience with Skype for Business a plus. Experience with tutoring or training a plus.
