A technology training service company, OfficePro, Inc. is currently looking for an administrative assistant who can answer phones, social media, light data entry, and proctoring. This position is ideal for recent college graduates or those with 1-2 years experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Daily data entry into PowerPoint and Excel
- Answering phones and managing check-ins
- Managing social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook)
- Managing marketing email campaigns
- High School Diploma or GED
- Great customer service and personable
- Experience with managing social media and email campaigns
- Basic understanding of Office365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Self-managing / self – starter
The position’s scheduled hours and days are flexible, but the working day generally begins at 7:30 AM.
