Juan Cuellar, MCT has been with OfficePro for over 19 years. He serves as the SharePoint architect, Microsoft 365 administrator, webmaster, and the Senior Training Instructor.
With over 15 years of experience in providing engaging and effective technical training, he is an expert in end-user adoption and training related to productivity technology as well as Unified Communications and Conferencing Audio/Video systems. He trains on numerous subjects such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Document Accessibility, Foxit, and Video Conferencing Systems such as Surface Hub, Crestron, Lenovo, Cisco among many others.
Juan has experience developing custom courses and developing eLearning modules such as Creating Accessible Documents, Video Production in PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 Tools for eLearning, and Microsoft Teams Voice. And as the Senior Training Instructor, he conducts train-the-trainer sessions bringing other instructors up to speed on new and updated technologies.
