| You may reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment start time. If you need to reschedule within 4 hours of the original appointment start time, you will need to book a new appointment. No more than 2 consecutive reschedule requests will be permitted. Over 2 consecutive requests will result in a $20.00 rescheduling fee. Exam vouchers must be used before they expire. | You may cancel your appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment start time and request to receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fees. Cancellations made less than 4 hours of the appointment start time, or failure to log on to the appointment at the scheduled time, are non-refundable. Exam vouchers are non-refundable once they have been assigned. |
